Spa Policies
When calling for an appointment or booking online you will be asked for credit card information to reserve your appointment. All intake forms will be emailed to you once your appointment is made. Forms may be completed online before your appointment time.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you are receiving a service that requires topical anesthetic (filler, MOXI, microneedling) and/or if you were not able to complete paperwork online and need to complete it prior to your appointment.
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, so that we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment/service. Tardiness may result in a shortened treatment duration or your appointment may need to be rescheduled if more than 15 minutes late.
We do kindly request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. As we are a small business, cancellations greatly affect us. Our 24 hour policy ensures an opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment time will be charged a fee of $75.
All spa services and gift certificates are non – refundable. Retail/Skincare Products can be accepted for refund or exchange within 7 days only when unopened, in its original packaging and with receipt. No refund or exchange is given after 7 days of purchase or if the product has been opened.
Sculpted by WH Aesthetics will try to communicate policy and price changes with you in advance wherever possible (email, website or posted signage). However, we do reserve the right to change our policies and prices without notice. Prices quoted prior to any changes will be honored for 30 days.
