PHYSIQ Body Contouring

PHYSIQ Body Contouring Treatment

What is PHYSIQ?

PHYSIQ is the newest and most advanced body contouring treatment on the market that offers a non-invasive approach to target both adipose tissue and muscle during each treatment session.

How does PHYSIQ work

PHYSIQ uses STEP (Sequential Thermal & Electrical Pulse), which is a unique patented technology that targets stubborn areas that exercise and diet alone may not be enough to treat. STEP can be customized to deliver sequences of electrical muscle stimulation and deep heat to maximize body contouring results with minimal to no discomfort and less treatment time than other body contouring devices on the market.

FAQs

No, Physiq is a very comfortable treatment. During your Physiq treatment, you may feel warmth at the applicator site, but the energy, delivery, and unique patient control features ensure optimal comfort.

Best results are typically seen after a series of 5 treatments 1-2 weeks apart. Some patients may be happy with their results after only 2-3 sessions; however, some clients may prefer to do additional maintenance sessions after completing the recommended 5 treatments for even better results. Your provider will help customize a treatment plan based on your physique and goals.

Each treatment takes 36 minutes or less to complete. Clients should start to see results in as little as 2 weeks following treatment. Results over time will depend on your lifestyle: a healthy diet and regular exercise will be important in maintaining your results.

Most clients report little to no side effects. Slight redness in the treatment areas, very mild swelling, and soreness are possible but should quickly dissipate. There is a very low risk of developing nodules in the treatment area. Massaging the area after treatment twice a day with the post-treatment lotion will be recommended to prevent nodule formation.

A medical history and exam will be conducted during the consultation to determine that you are an appropriate candidate for treatment. Some exclusions include pacemakers, metal implants in the treatment area, pregnant or nursing, seizure disorders, and blood clots.

Aftercare is simple. Drink plenty of water for hydration, and massage the treatment area twice per day using the post-treatment firming lotion that will be provided. Avoid any strenuous exercise for 48 hours and avoid getting sunburned at the treatment site. You can schedule your next treatment as soon as one week later.

FNP-C, Injector

Head Aesthetic Injector

Owner & Injector

Hi! I have been a registered nurse for eight years and a Family Nurse Practitioner for five years. I have been an Advanced Injector for over two years and absolutely love this industry. As a teenager and in my 20s, I struggled with acne and melasma, which piqued my initial interest in taking better care of my skin and finding effective products and treatments. I have always been passionate about aesthetics and skincare. In my late 20s, my focus turned toward how to slow the aging process and maintain a youthful appearance. This was when my journey began in the aesthetic world using injectables.

My artistic abilities, eye for symmetry, and dedication to continuing education and training to perfect my techniques have been crucial assets in becoming the injector I am today. I have received certification in injectables through AMET, EMPIRE, and AAFE and have trained with some of the top injectors in the industry, including Erika Barry, Dr. Arthur Swift, Audrey Rose, Victoria Pressley, and Inna Prokopenko. I have also attended elite training courses through Allergan, Merz, Prollenium, and Galderma and attended sought-after conferences such as Swift Beauty, ARI Cadaver Course, and Modern Beauty. I will also be a Revanesse Versa trainer for other injectors starting this winter, which has always been a goal of mine. In my free time, I love to cook, spend time with my family and friends, and travel the world. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your aesthetic goals!
