Spa Policies
When calling for an appointment or booking online you will be asked for credit card information to reserve your appointment. All intake forms will be emailed to you once your appointment is made. Forms may be completed online before your appointment time.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you are receiving a service that requires topical anesthetic (filler, MOXI, microneedling) and/or if you were not able to complete paperwork online and need to complete it prior to your appointment.
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, so that we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment/service. Tardiness may result in a shortened treatment duration or your appointment may need to be rescheduled if more than 15 minutes late.
In order to book and reserve an appointment, an active credit card will be required to have on file. Your card will not be charged unless you no-show or do not provide the required notification of 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please understand that when you no-show or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to have their services provided. As a small business, this greatly affects us, our clients, and our employees.
We require a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will send out an automated reminder text/email 7 days prior to your appointment through our booking system, Aesthetic Record, and a personal text or phone call 3 days prior to your appointment from our office staff. Please contact our office directly at 803-708-0178 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen; however, to keep our policy seamless and fair, we will not be able to make exceptions for missed or cancelled appointments within the 48-hour notification period.
A fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file for any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours. A fee of $250 or the equivalent of the service if of lesser value will be charged to the card on file for any no-show/no-calls. Anyone who no-shows/no-calls will be expected to pay a deposit in full for their next service prior to booking a future appointment to reserve their appointment.
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to park, complete paperwork, numb if required, and for your service to start on time. If you are running late, please notify our office. If you are running more than 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment or your service may have to be shortened to make sure that other clients’ services are not affected. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate you as we understand things happen; however, we have a schedule to maintain and cannot disrupt our patient care flow. We value safety in our practice and this entails having adequate time to perform your services. In the event that your appointment must be rescheduled due to tardiness, the $100 rescheduling fee will be applied.

We do kindly request a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. As we are a small business, cancellations greatly affect us. Our 48 hour policy ensures an opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time will be charged a fee of $100.
All spa services and gift certificates are non – refundable. Retail/Skincare Products can be accepted for refund or exchange within 7 days only when unopened, in its original packaging and with receipt. No refund or exchange is given after 7 days of purchase or if the product has been opened.
Sculpted by WH Aesthetics will try to communicate policy and price changes with you in advance wherever possible (email, website or posted signage). However, we do reserve the right to change our policies and prices without notice. Prices quoted prior to any changes will be honored for 30 days.
